Full Weekend

I had a blast this weekend with the roommates. On Friday we went to Angels (same place we went last weekend) Then last night we went to Yellow Bar for dinner. I had a killer steak - the first since I’ve laptop battery been here. Made me miss steak nights at Jamie and Kevins! Then we went next door to Angels (yeah, again) and finally at about midnight we went across the river to a huge dance club called Universale (oon-ee-vers-all-ae) and stayed there until 4am - came back to the appartment and stayed up until 5:45am… Everyone was extacy having such a good time that we didn’t feel like sleeping! Tonight I’m going to see Roma vs. Fiorentina football (soccer) game here in Florence with 6 or 7 others. Just as an example of the small Italian oddities: mens tickets are 27 and womens are 20 euros. Not cheap, but should be a fun experience. Oh, and Rob’s Wine and Cheese party on Wed. night was pretty cool - about 20 students showed up at his place, most everyone brought a bottle, so there was a nice variety. The best was of course his own Pavi wine!
